8kbat Terms and Conditions –
What You Need to Know Before Playing

By registering an account on 8kbat, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

8kbat reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified through their registered contact details or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain aware of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 8kbat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8kbat.

To register and use 8kbat you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The 8kbat platform is strictly for adults. We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit or play, under any circumstances.
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 8kbat or had an account closed for rule violations.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for a third party.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and truthful.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 8kbat. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under a different name, a different email address or via a different device — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be closed, any outstanding bonuses will be cancelled, and any winnings generated from bonus funds may be voided.

8kbat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. This may include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or verification of the payment method used. This process is in place to protect players and maintain platform integrity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on 8kbat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency component and no currency conversion applies to standard transactions.

Deposits: 8kbat supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. 8kbat does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: You may only request a withdrawal to a payment method you have previously used to deposit into your 8kbat account. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised fund transfers. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page, which are subject to change. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method, verification status and volume of pending requests.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have their associated wagering requirements satisfied before a withdrawal of those funds or associated winnings is permitted.

• Withdrawals below the published minimum amount will not be processed.
• 8kbat reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• In the event of suspected fraud or suspicious account activity, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
• Funds deposited in error or as a result of a technical fault may be reclaimed by 8kbat.

8kbat offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers and event-linked promotions tied to the Pakistani sports calendar, including PSL and T20 cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the Promotions page.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash, you must complete the wagering requirement specified for that particular promotion. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account at the end of the expiry period. Expiry timelines are stated on the individual promotion's terms page.

• Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — sometimes called bonus abuse — are prohibited and will result in account suspension and cancellation of bonus funds.
• 8kbat reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Deposit match bonuses are applied to your eligible net deposit. If a deposit is subsequently reversed or charged back, the associated bonus will be cancelled.

8kbat is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino table games.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to play games or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Exploitation of bugs or errors: Deliberately taking advantage of a software error, display glitch or miscalculated payout. Any winnings generated through a known exploit will be voided.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a legitimate deposit. Accounts where chargebacks are filed will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Multiple account abuse: Opening more than one account to claim welcome bonuses or exploit promotions multiple times.
• Money laundering: Using 8kbat to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine entertainment gaming. Any suspicion of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8kbat uses monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play. Where suspicious activity is identified, the platform reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts and withhold funds pending a full review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be permitted to re-register.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 8kbat account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details associated with your account.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — will be considered as having been authorised by you unless you have notified 8kbat of a security breach in advance.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 8kbat account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not access your 8kbat account on shared or public devices where your credentials could be stored or observed.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 8kbat support immediately.
• 8kbat will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

8kbat will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. In cases where unauthorised access is confirmed and reported promptly, 8kbat will investigate and take appropriate action including account suspension to prevent further activity while the matter is resolved.

All games available on 8kbat — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and any other titles — are governed by their individual game rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within the game interface itself.

Live Casino: In Live Casino games, the result of each round is determined by the physical outcome of the game — the cards dealt by the dealer or the position of the roulette ball. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the platform will attempt to record your final bet status. If the round completed without your ability to act, the outcome will stand based on available data. Where a round cannot be fairly resolved, it will be voided and your stake returned.

Slots and Electronic Games: All slot outcomes on 8kbat are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Past results have no influence on future outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are not adjusted by 8kbat.

In the event of a technical failure affecting a game — including server outages, connectivity interruptions or display errors — 8kbat will use available records to determine the outcome. If records are insufficient to establish a fair result, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. 8kbat will not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions on the player's side.

You may close your 8kbat account at any time by contacting player support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, provided your account is in good standing and no outstanding issues remain under investigation.

8kbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 5.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined by the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by 8kbat due to a rule violation, any remaining balance — including real-money deposits that were part of a scheme to abuse the platform — may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no rule violations exist, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method.

8kbat provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and platform reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and will not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or technical upgrades.
• Interruptions caused by third-party service providers including payment processors or game software providers.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Force majeure events outside 8kbat's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted, 8kbat's liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8kbat will not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits 8kbat's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8kbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to verify your identity, process payments and provide the gaming service.

The version of the terms published on this page at any given time is the version currently in effect. If you disagree with an amendment, your remedy is to close your account before the amended terms take effect.

These terms represent the complete agreement between 8kbat and the registered player regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, communications and arrangements. Where any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
