Account & Login

Registering on 8kbat is free and takes under two minutes. Head to the Register page, fill in your name, a valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), your email address and choose a secure password. Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If the lock persists, contact the support team directly. Never try to register a new account to work around a lock — duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance inside may be forfeited.

Basic account verification is completed at registration using your mobile number OTP. For larger withdrawals or if the system flags unusual activity, you may be asked to provide additional identity confirmation.
